Yes. He is mentioned many times in the book an despite being shot down twice in the Battle of Britain still credited with 17 'kills' in that short period. He had an exemplary carrier serving with the RAF. Sadly, and to my embarrassment, Polish Airmen and soldiers were unfairly treated by the UK at the end of hostilities as were those who returned to Poland.
